Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• We offer a flat rate of $10 AUD for standard shipping anywhere within Australia.

• Orders are lovingly packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

• Most parcels arrive within 3–8 business days of dispatch, depending on location.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey to you.

Local Pickup

If you are nearby and would prefer to collect your order in person, please contact us before completing your purchase to confirm availability and pickup details.

International Orders

At this stage, Metitari ships only within Australia. We look forward to expanding internationally as we continue to grow — sharing our holistic creations with the wider global community.

Delivery Care

Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel so we can resolve the issue promptly and with care.

We’ll assess the situation and offer either a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds
