Returns
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel so we can resolve the issue promptly and with care.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only for damaged or incorrect items. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
