We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help ensure your experience remains positive and balanced.

Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel so we can resolve the issue promptly and with care.

To assist us in helping you, please include:

• Your full name and order number

• A brief description of the issue

• A clear photo of the product and packaging

We’ll assess the situation and offer either a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for damaged or incorrect items. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
